Does anyone on the list have the name of the C.E.O./President and the
address of Daimler Chrysler in the U.S. My parents just purchased a 99
Grand Cherokee Limited, after leaving the lot and driving home, 15
miles, the check engine light came on. The dealership found that there
was a problem with the transmission and now it sits awaiting a new
transmission. My parents would like to write him a nice little letter.
