High Performance MoPar is doing a series on building up and installing an
A-518 behind a big-block in a '69 RoadRunner. Their tranny was built up by
Level-10 Transmissions, 188 Route 94 North, Hamburg, NJ 07419, Phone
973-827-1000.
I imagine if they expect that tranny to handle a modded big-block, it should
also handle a built-up small block Magnum. I think total cost for a modded
tranny was around $2200.
btw, the adapter for hooking up the A-518 to the big-block is made by JVX
