When you run a red light with one of those photo ticket machines it takes a
couple of pics. One of your front license plate and one of the driver. I
suppose you could fight it if they send you a picture of someone else
driving it. The other night I saw a car do a Cali. rolling stop at a red
light. He didn't stop all the way and when he turned, sure enough there were
2 flashes. So just because it is night time and no one is around, doesn't
mean the camera's are asleep :)
