I think he's talking about a Turtle Wax called Color Magic. It comes in a
variety of colors...I needed black. From what I can tell the black seems to
bond to the white in the scratches. It doesn't remove the scratch
completely, but you can't see it anymore unless you stick your nose to the
paint. It even covers up the nicks on the hood.....thank you Turtle Wax.
I've everything from rubbing compound for clear coats, to meguirs, to 3m,
and to mothers and nothing has worked but this stuff really works to hide
those terrible white spots! Ok, now that I sound like a ten minute
infomercial....If you own a black vehicle this stuff is perfect. I think I
paid something like $6.99 and I would have paid triple if I'd seen it used
before. Buy it! It works! Just my .02

Last weekend I bought some special black wax that
was suggested on the DML. I like it! makes your
fingers black, but it works great. Gives it a
deeper black look and doesn't leave white specks
where the paint chips are. There is also a special
RED wax for red vehicles. Try it!
