If the Dak is anything like the older vehicles the lighter screws
together sandwiching the dash panel. All you should have to do is hold
the lighter mount in position while you reach under the dash and unscrew
the back portion (disconnect the electrical connections first). My wife
has the Dak at work right now so I can't check mine (ours) out to
confirm it for you. I've been out of the mechanics trade since 1985 so
haven't kept up on the new designs.
