I don't know the site of the IRC gateway, but if you
want, try this page http://www.netzero.com/ , it is
FREE internet access and should give you full
capability of using IRC, the only downfall is that
they have a banner on your screen that you can't get
rid of, although it probably wouldn't be to hard to
write a program to close it. Anyway, check it out.
