I got my Tonneau over about a week after I got the R/T at that time I
wasn't impressed with the quality of the paint on it. I waxed and it
looked ok so I though I'll just wait till I have some time and go and
see what they would do about it. Well it's about time to wax again and
I've noticed to large spots were the paint seems thin. Since it is Black
you don't really notice it except in certain light. There was also a
large run on the rear lip. and three spots just behind my sliding glass
window that had touch up paint of some nicks. I also had heavy swirl
marks. Since we have a Colonel's retail shop here in Flint and I had
some time today. I dropped buy and showed it to them. They first
offered to send it out and get it resprayed, I kind of hemmed and hawed
about it and and told them I needed the top to secure my tools and
equipment for work and then I asked if they could have one painted and
exchange it. No problem I should be getting a new one in a week. The
cover I got was painted at there factory in California. Hopefully the
one painted locally will be better a better quality job.

I had the hydraulics go out two weeks after I got the cover and they
replaced them no questions asked. The cover has a 3 year/30,000 mile
warranty and it is refreshing to be on the receiving end of good
customer service for a change.
