I did not actually mean cops as idiots, I worded that wrong. I know a lot of
cops that are great guys. I'm not totally complaining about cops, you don't
make the rules. I'm complaining about some rules, and why they are there.
I'm not trying to belittle you either. It's got to be a rough job, I know I
don't want it. And that's why I'm not one, if you can't handle it, don't do
it. I just think laws go to far sometimes into your personal lives. And as
far as the driving is a privilege thing I hear all the time. Driving is not
a privilege. Cars weren't around when the constitution was written so it
wasn't added. The laws change with time. I have the right to drive my
lawnmower, I have the right to drive my truck. The only catch is that the
truck goes on public roads. However, those roads are paid for by me- the
taxpayer. So technically I'm driving my truck, on roads I own with the rest
of the citizens in my town. If you don't except that, then rephrase yours at
least to------ Driving is a right, using public roads to do it on is a
privilege. After all, it doesn't say we have the right to take a shit in the
constitution either does it. And I don't see anybody saying that "shitting
is a privilege, so shit responsibly"
