|I received my G-tech Pro in the mail today. I made my first run to get
|horsepower... I only got 123hp, though I believe that it because of wind
|drag... Not sure though. My first 1/4 mile run was an 18.5. (Ouch!!)
|My second was a 15.9 (Must've been an error) and my final two runs were
|17.5. I can't remember the MPH, but on the 15.9 I remember it said
|95MPH... So, probably an error...
|
|Anyway, I noticed that launch had alot to do with the final time. Does
|anyone have any tips on the best RPM's to Launch at, and whether or not
|the feather the clutch or just drop it?
|
|Also, what is the best RPM to shift at for each gear? I think I have the
|3.55's, but I am not sure. It runs at around 200 RPM at 60mph (I think..
|need to check again)
|
|Anyway, any help is appreciated.
|
|Thanks,
| Chad Clifton
