I bought the Flowmaster kit for my V8. It consisted of a 2.5" in/3" out with 3"
pipes to the stock location. Don't know/don't care much about the performance
aspect (4x4) but the sound brings a smile to my face every time I fire her up!
It may be a waste of money on the performance side but on the quality of life
side --it's priceless! :-)

Poking through the archives it seems that the gibson and flowmaster 3
chamber appear to be the most popular systems owned by DML owners. I'm
looking for a little more sound, and that deep V8 tone. Gibson or Flow? My
local muffler shop said that neither one would make any performance
difference, true?
