I would install it with the clamps and drive it a while first. That's
what I'm doing because I'm not sure mine is in the proper position for
maximum clearance yet. If something rubs or clangs, I can fix it now.
I plan to completely weld the cat back next week.
All my header joints are welded, I want the rest of the system to be
rigid, permanent and leak free too. Alan S.
