Noise When Turning Left

This is my first at mailing the DML. I have enjoyed most of the posts and
certainly have gotten a lot of good info. My problem is: When making a
somewhat hard left turn as in a cloverleaf or any sweeping left turn that
lasts for more than a couple of seconds a buzzer (or a similar noise) goes
off. The first time it happened it sounded like my wife had left her cell
phone in the truck. Of course the radio was on and I eventually decide it
must have been in the radio. I have since turned the radio, A/C, blower,
etc., off and it still comes on. I think it is on the right side of the
vehicle my wife sitting in the passenger side says it is coming from the left
side. It's like it is a short that makes contact when turning left and sets
the buzzer off. It goes off as soon as I get out of the turn. It happens
with a full or empty gas tank, and the sound is not like the low fuel alarm.
Any and all comments will be appreciated.
