For those of you who went to Milan Dragway today, I have the temp/altitude
correction factors for you.
The density altitude was 2400 feet. The NHRA correction factors were x
0.9718 for you E.T. and x 1.0297 for you mph. Using these figures, my 15.22
@ 90.37 mph run came out to 14.79 @ 93.05 mph. The Best way to figure the
density altitude is to use an aviation calculator or just call an ASOS
weater observation station at a local airport. I called Toledo (about 30
miles south) and got an elivation of 2400 ft. msl.
I will have pictures of the event up on my website by the end of next week.
See ya all later,
Mark Kuzia
