It seems to me that there is something very strange going on here. I've
never heard of a dealer turning over a vehicle to someone without any
financing arraignments. It definitely sounds like the dealer is trying to
pull something, maybe some kind of bait-and-switch with the financing
(luring you in with a low rate come-on but sticking you with a high rate
after you have the truck). It's kind of late for this, but you should never
have taken delivery of the vehicle without knowing the financial
arraignments. Why didn't you go back on the fifth day to find out what was
going on? Why were you adding things to a vehicle you didn't even know if
you were going to get to keep? No offence, but these do not seem like very
wise decisions on your part. What are you wanting to do now (void the deal,
keep the truck etc.)? What is the dealer trying to force you to do? Unless
you are willing to stay bent over and let this guy keep have his way with
you, you are probably going to have to get a lawyer.

No, this is not a common experience. Do yourself and every other DC
customer a favor and call DC customer service and report this jerk. Raise
hell till they take some action. They don't want guys like this giving
Chrysler a bad reputation. Personally, I would do whatever it took to get
out of this deal and go find another dealer.
