Rancho (supposidly) has a 3" Suspension Lift (http://www.gorancho.com)
and Tuff-Country has a 5.5" Suspension Lift. (Shown in the latest
Peterson's 4WD Magazine - Page 132 "Higher Dakota".)
Prices are right around $1200-$1400 for the complete kits.
