If you want HOT, find somebody that lives in the desert southwest (Arizona,
So. Calif., Nevada). Granted, it may 'feel' hotter in the deep southeast
with all that humidity, but engines can't 'feel' humidity temperature-wise.
As far as temperature goes, an engine couldn't care less what the humidity
is; therefore, for engines in the hottest environment, go to where actual
temperatures (not heat indices) are highest.
