The AC is also fused. The relay is to carry the current for the
clutch but the switch side and the relay side to the clutch is are both
fused also. Relays are devices used to carry more current than the switch
can. This setup avoids having a big bulky switch with a high current
rating..switch works the relay, relay works the clutch.
