I never thought about the wave...not my forte.... but I'll pass that along
to the guy worrying about my power supply...

As for the piracy... Hasn't that been an issue with tapes for years.. or did
the crappy quality keep that down.... Then also.. aren't they working it out
to make the piracy alot more difficult....
