alot of the ideas take a filter and put it close to the wheelwell. I dont
think it gets that much more air. I put mine through the black mesh (right
behind the grill) with a 5 inch opening. We moved the thermometer a few
inches. My setup gets the air from the front of the truck and goes through a
4 inch aluminum tubing to the carb. You can see the pics if interested at:
