My truck is the same exact truck and I had the same exact noise. It would
also knock really loud at idle. Then I switched to 93 octane for a long
period of time, and now I don't hear it at all. It runs great now.

You can't just switch the octane for one week, you have to stick with it for
awhile, I believe.
