Sorry to hear you had so much trouble. I didn't have to trim the door panels at
all.
But yes the rear sheet metal screws don't line up, I siliconed the old and
redrilled new. As far as them sending you the replacement, I'm sure they'll get
it out fast, theyv'e treated me very good that way. They've actually shipped me
replacements
on things before I sent back the defective stuff. I've bought all my stuff, kids
and wifes stuff from crutchfield. At least 6 vehicles.
Don't worry about how it sounds now. One sub won't sound anything like both.
