Gas mileage LOSS after pulleys?

Well guys, after my first full gas refill after the 2 pc ASP pulley set, I
went from a very consistant 14.5 MPG, to about 13.8.

What is the story here? I figured I would get at least a full MPG EXTRA!..

I really don't understand... I didn't drive the truck any different on this
recent tank...
