it's also illegal to have a light out so you see those cars where the
low beam doesn't go out when the high beam goes on. You know, 2 lights
on one side and one on the other, and they never get pulled over. Why
is the combo of high beam and foglamps illegal? If anything those darn
head lights that look like foglamp bulbs and the diamomnd white super
blinding bulbs should be illegal.
