in some states you have to have your foggies shut off with the high beams
by law and in order to pass inspection (Va. being one of them) fog lights
are for foggie conditions, where high beams actually make things worse.
So, having them on at the same time as the Highs is pointless according
to many politians, so they passed laws.. you know how it goes =) there is
probably a relay somewhere that you could bypass....
