It's not a hard thing to do at all...a little bit more involved than what
you wrote...but not hard. Just make sure you get the tolerances right
otherwise you may end up tearing the whole thing apart again. The main
reason I had a shop do this for me is the warranty. If they screw it up,
they have to fix it. If I did it and I made a mistake, well...more money
out of the old pocket book.

My auto inclined buddy who has helped me thru the electrical fan mod told me
that this isn't a very complicated thing. drop the pan. take the hubs off
both wheels and pull them out? how hard IS it? anyone here have a write
up
on it somewhere? i'm thinking of searching the archives, but it's TOO big

i don't think it has a search...
