Once a rotor is warped by excessive heat you should get replacements. The
rotor's metal composition has already "deformed" (lack of a better word).
Even if you turn the rotors it's likely they'll return to it's warped state.

I had exactly the same thing happen to my 98 R/T. The inside pasenger side
scored the rotor to the point I had to replace it. This less than 3000
miles after the rotors were turned by the dealer. I raised a fuss but to no
avail. Maybe this is a defect!
