Torque Specs Part II:Hitch bolts

Anyone know what I should torque my hitch bolts to??? I looked and cannot
seem to find the torque specs on the installation sheet for my Class III
Hidden Hitch. I just replaced all the bolts(after 5 years of rustyness), the
6 which bolt the hitch to the frame(3 on each side) and the 6 which bolt the
hitch together(3 on each side) with Grade 8 bolts, nuts and lockwashers.
