Sounds like the fan isn't pulling enough for your application...Stay away
from the flex-fans. I've blown up two of them in the past (one went through
the hood of my old Camaro @ 8000rpm).

Thanks to Bob H for the advise on getting the 34mm nut off. Just got home
from a turnpike run in this 100deg. NJ heat, and was a little disappointed
that my 180 stat was runningalmost 200 at 70mph w/AC on. Toll booths put it
past 210 quickly. What gives? I doubt if electric fans would do any better.
I'm leaning toward Flexalite serpentine(ccw) 19" ss flexfan bolted to the
w/p
pulley, but don't know how to accomplish this.
