Thanks Richard. I just don't like to see people leave the company that
has financially raised me! My dad has worked for them since I was born
and now I do. Throughout those 29 years we've had probably 30 or more
cars from them and maybe 10% have had problems enough to piss ya off.
But think of the possibilities of having problems with anyone else!
Same chances and same probabilities. Chrysler has its q.c. problems for
sure, but its gotten better and its going to get better. If you have
problems with the dealer, thats not with Chrysler. Remember folks, you
dont have to take your truck or car back to the same dealer that you
bought it from for service! Take it to any CC dealer and they will
serve you.

Eric:

If Chrysler has improved so much in Quality Control, why is it costing
Chrysler under warranty as much to keep my Dakota on the road as it was
costing me to keep my 78 Dodge 3/4 ton on the road? I bought the Dak
because I thought the 3/4 ton was costing too much due to old age.

Just bought a 4 year extended warranty...at the end of that, the Dak gets
sold.

The most reliable Chrysler I had was a 77 Volare....never had an unexpected
repair...of course the body rotted. Now, if thery could've put that Volare
driveline into a modern body (new cars don't seem to rot), they'd have it
beat.
Come to think of it, the 66 and 67 Valiant beaters that I had didn't cost
much, or break down either...but I could fix them myself.

Not try to rag on you, but I don't see any signs of improved QA, in fact, I
see the opposite.

My unsolicited opinion :)

Not ragging on you, you only work there.
