Yea,
Your not allowed to have stickers in the windows, or anything hanging from
the mirror. When I lived in PA, I got pulled over once for having a parking
permit hanging from the mirror. Unless they changed the law since then, if
you had a rust hole larger that a quarter, you would fail the state
inspection too.

Where is that in PA.??? The cop must've had to make quota or was having a
boring day(like anyday should be boring for a cop)....
