Actually, in Germany it is against the law to Not Yield to the faster moving
vehicle. The Police are alot more strict about enforcing this rule then if
you are doing 15 kph over the 'limit'.

I'll probably get flamed for this one, but... I'd put most European drivers
who JUST got their license up against most any American driver, regardless
of their years of experience. The driver training in countries like Germany,
Sweden, Austria, etc. really makes you realize what a complete POS the US
driver education system is.

That is the real problem on American roads... we'll give a license to
anyone!
