 On the dry ice idea, seems like it would be best to have a the air intake tube coil up in
a series (like a barrel). This is a similar concept to the cool can, except much larger
is scope. Put the 'barrel' in the back of the pickup and run the tube up to the engine
compartment (pipe it all thru with the e-ram ;-)
 
 Make sure all of the bends are smooth (mandrel?!?). Line the outside of the 'barrel'
with stryrofoam or similar insulation, and line the inside of the 'barrel' with dry ice.
Since you have you air tube in the back of the truck, you can make your air filter as big
as you want :)
 
It may not be pretty, but it would probably be very effective....
