Just letting you all know I decided NOT to use the white PVC(would've
painted
it silver anyway). Saw Gilbert Vega's setup, and made one like it. Used t=
he
OE hat, a 90deg bent 3" truck exhaust pipe, a 3 to 3 1/2 rubber truck
exhaust
connector, and a K&N 6" cone. Painted the pipe & hat with aluminum/cerami=
c
exhaust spray paint, and used a PVC bracket-clamp to fasten the pipe to t=
he
right fender. Cone sits next to radiator on p/s, looks KILLER! Way quiete=
r
than FABM, and more power too! Total cost including K&N was $73. Why wast=
e
$200 on a genII? All I needed was a screwdriver for the hose clamps! On t=
he
subject of wasting money, you guys buying aftermarket coils are doing jus=
t
that! The stock coil can handle anything the MSD6A can dish out.
