In the following order, you will get some great results:

(1) Intake System (QuickD or K&N-Gen-II)
(2) Throttle Body Modifications (Magnum Performance, F&B, or QuickD/Tony)
(3) Headers (Ceramic-Coated work great and dob't "Blue-Up" like the standard
Steel ones)
(4) Cat-Back Exhaust (Gibson, Flowmaster, Borlas, etc)
(5) MSD Ignition System (MSD-6 & Blaster-SS Coil)
(6) Spark Plugs - SplitFire, Champion Truck Plug, AC-Delco Rapid Fire
(7) Spark Plug Wires - SplitFire, Magnecore, Jacobs, MSD
(8) Cap & Rotor (Brass Terminal) - Borg-Warner
(9) Differential Gears - 3.90:1

Subject: DML: FIRST DAK MOD?

Hello

I was just wondering what you guys thought would be the most cost
effective mod to bring my 99 Dak's 1/4 mile times down. Right now she is
doing 16 roughly and completely stock. Will HEADERS make a huge diff in
cabin noise? Thats what iam leaning towards and was worried about that
and the cost of ceramic coating. Do you have to get them coated, meaning
is the heat without the coating bad for the plastic and what not in the
engine bay?

Thanks
