Not at all.. 4 wheel only gets you going when 2 wheel won't. It will
not help to control the vehicle nor will it help you to stop it. If your in
deep snow,leave it in 4 wheel, but you won't be goining 25 mph, thats pretty
fast in deep snow. I see 4X4 flipped over and into poles and fences all the
time when we have a snow storm. It gives a false sense of driveability
because you can start out so well. But 4 wheel drive does'nt help you at all
( will hinder you, because in snow or on ice in 4 wheel drive the front tires
will slip when you let off the gas or down shift ) to control the vehicle or
stop it..
