it sounds like your distributor cap is cracked or is letting moisture
in...this would cause a rich condition because the ignition is misfiring and
not burning some of the fuel in the cylinders...just change your cap and
rotor(cheap fix) and while your at it put in performance replacements...accel
makes a really good set for the magnum engines...i have it on my 12 sec ram
no complaints...
