Oops...well, if he forgot to sign the ticket, it's not a legal, binding
document. If he signed it after the fact, that's even worse. I'd fight it.

Hello. Just got busted for doing 86 in a 70. It was a couple of days ago
on
a trip. BUT here's the content... I know that if the cop forgets to do
somethings.. then the ticket is void?? well, would you call forgetting to
have the sign the ticket good enough? he just handed me the carbon copy and
i drove away. I just remembered about it today and wondered if that makes
the ticket void. Any "legal inclined" DMLers out there who can help on this
subject?
