Did he forget to sign the ticket or did he forget to have YOU sign the
ticket? When you sign a ticket you are usually promising to appear in court,
but not admitting to any guilt. I would read the fine print above/below
where you sign it(if there is any). Then call the DMV or Highway Patrol and
ask them. You don't have to give your name, just say "a friend" got a ticket
;)

Hello. Just got busted for doing 86 in a 70. It was a couple of days ago
on
a trip. BUT here's the content... I know that if the cop forgets to do
somethings.. then the ticket is void?? well, would you call forgetting to
have the sign the ticket good enough? he just handed me the carbon copy and
i drove away. I just remembered about it today and wondered if that makes
the ticket void. Any "legal inclined" DMLers out there who can help on this
subject?
