Oh OK... I was getting the feeling this either happened awhile ago or it was a
joke as I couldn't find any recent news on it except what was on the main
company web page.

It has been that way for several years. BFGoodrich sold the name and design
to Michelin. I have to believe that they kept the production facilities the
same though because my old MT's and new MT's have worn and worked the same
(worn very well and worked VERY hard).
