As a follow up to that, check out the link above. It states BFGoodrich got
out of the tire business in 1986. It has been a long time!!!

It has been that way for several years. BFGoodrich sold the name and design
to Michelin. I have to believe that they kept the production facilities the
same though because my old MT's and new MT's have worn and worked the same
(worn very well and worked VERY hard).
