Engine Swap details and stuff

        Here are some questions:
          1. How do the pre-mags and magnum 318s and 360s differ in setup?
          2. Could I buy an old V8 Ram cheap and take out all of the stuff
                and put it into my truck and buy a new engine?
           3. Could you put a magnum 318 into a 91 dakota setup for a
                  pre-mag 318?
         I was thinking of buying an old truck and taking out all I need
and maybe rebuilding the engine and trans and whatever...would this work?
Will there be a big problem with the different types?
