Hey Eric, I'm checking on 4.30's now myself. Go to
http://www.ring-pinion.com/ratio.htm and you'll see how many rpms different
between ratios. For mine it would be 2077 rpm w/3.90, 2177 rpm w/4.10, 2284
rpm w/4.30 gears. Hell I think I'm going for the 4.30's. Bernd says Motive
gear has them, also I'm checking with Randys ring and pinion.
