um, usually the problem with fouling is just the opposite... the voltage
leaks through the fouling instead of arcing the gap... But I agree with you
that fancy plugs are gimmicks, I run double platinums, but not because I
think they make better mileage or HP, just because they don't wear out...
(but I run stock ignition.. I know aftermarket iginitions shouldn't run
them.
