Your saying and inch of snow there drive people crazy, Try a Inch of snow
in the mountain(bout 10 mile drive) and people here(Las Vegas) forget how to
drive. I could swear that if people heard it was snowing at the north pole
people here think its here and they forget how to drive :)

Dude, I'm a transplant from Buffalo...SNOW COUNTRY....where 3+ feet of
snowfall was not an uncommon occurance...and I gotta laugh at your statement
that its the northern transplants that can't drive in the snow?!?! I'm not
gonna get into the native vs. transplant on you or anything, but here in a
city where the threat of ONE INCH of snow causes mass hysteria and natives
rush to the supermarkets to stock up on bread and milk, and schools
cancelled
county-wide before anything hits the ground....then when that one inch
finally hits the ditches are lined with SUVS from people thinking that 4WD
means "invincible"...I beg to differ on you about who's driving better in
the
snow!
Sorry man, just bustin' on ya!
