Question on cab insullating/adding sound deadener?

Hears a question for you stereo guys I think. I would like to add some
sound deadener material to my cab (note:CC). But I am not sure how
to remove the seat and panels to access the sheet metal.
The reason I want to add the insulation is to cut down on the reasonance
I'm getting from the muffler I added. Since I have not taken these panels
off, I don't know how much insulating material, if any is already in the
cab. So, has any body taken these panels off? and if so, is there any
sound deadening material in there already? If there is, can I add more?
and do you think it will help cut down on the noise transmitted into the
cab?

Also, while Im in there I might as well change the speakers. What
speakers work well and are not too expensive?

Thanks for any advice or thoughts that can be offered.

Eric W.
