If you want a cheap component set. I can hook you up with the JL 6CS-1 set
for 80 bucks.. It normally retails for 200 dollars, it consists of a 6.5
inch driver, crossover and cool tweeter.. any takers?

<< dunno about taking the panels off. but crutchfield
(www.crutchfield.com) has a nice set of blaupunkt
speakers (6.5" front 5.25" rear for my 97 RC) that
sound great, install easy and don't cost a whole lot.
i think ben vaughan has the same set i do (not sure
cuz i haven't looked up my model numbers to make
totally certain) and i'm pretty sure he likes them as
well. these were cheaper and better sounding than the
JBL's i tried out (nice thing about crutchfield, great
return policy) and were the closest thing to the
pioneers i had in my bronco sound wise. definately
worth checking out.
