For starters, R/T 360 is fuel injected, Crate 360 is carburated.
Corporate Average Fuel Efficiency(?) is the average mpg of all vehicles sold
by a carmaker. Overall, they have to average a certain mpg(e.g. 22.5mpg) or
pay a fine(really big) which varies by how much they missed it by. They have
to sell alot of Neons to make up for the likes of R/T's and Vipers.
