When dealing on your new DAK, you might want to have them:

1) loosen the lugnuts on all of the wheels, then tighten them to factory
torque specs (while you watch).

2) loosen the spark plugs, then tighten them to factory torque specs (while
you watch).

3) see if they'll throw in a FSM (Factory Service Manual) to top off the
deal.

Personally, I'd have them loosen the lugs and plugs and I would tighten them
myself :)
