Steve,
Give the big gray O ring a push and a 1/4 turn counter clockwise (kind of
like a child proof cap). Then the pull the wire harness out with bulb,
disassemble and put your old ones in.
Note: NEVER touch the class of the bulb. Your fingers will leave oil on the
glass which will cause bulbs to burn out do to hot spots. Halogen bulbs have
to be perfectly clean.
