Oh boy! What a tricky question. Theoretically:
Using nitrous or a supercharger you could get 220-250.
Using bolt-on parts you could reliably get about 200-210.
Using above plus Nitrous you could get(carefully) up to 250-275.
Beyond that you should(realistically) consider another engine.
